The Chicken Hot marinade is done to be brushed on top of chicken before cooking, either on the grill or in the oven. Best will be to add 2 vol. of water to 1 vol. of marinade, dip chicken, remove and let it marinate for a few hours in the fridge before cooking.
It happens that this marinade can be used as a simmer sauce or as a cold sauce too.
Hot chili peppers, garlic, salt, fruit vinegar, lemon, onion, olive oil, herbs&spices. We use a blend of chillies coming from Portugal and Central America. Contains sulphites.
