A very hot sauce done by dipping dried African chillies in pure whisky. Alcohol is extracting capsaicin from chillies: the older the hotter!

On top of the bite from the chillies, the strong flavour of the whisky is heating every plate where it comes. The smell of whisky is really great on a beef.
