Description:

Pure paprika (Bell peppers) purée preserved in salt.

Ingredients:

Paprika, fruit vinegar and salt. Contains sulphites.

Spread on top of the meat before cooking. Excellent with pork as it gives colour and taste. Base of the Portuguese cooking.
