Description:

A very hot sauce done by dipping dried African chillies in pure Gin. Alcohol is extracting capsaicin from chillies: the older the hotter!

On top of the bite from the chillies, the strong flavour of the Gin is heating every plate where it comes. The smell of gin is really great on a beef.
