Description:

Sambal is a traditional Indonesian pepper paste where the chillies seeds are incorporated in the recipe. In this recipe we added a lot of Garlic. In Portugal we gave it the name of CRIOLO sauce.

It is a very wide sauce in terms of range of application, either as a cold sauce or a simmer sauce. Taste is very strong.

Ingredients:

Hot chili peppers, garlic, fruit vinegar, bell peppers, salt, sugar, spices. We use a blend of different chillies coming from Portugal and Central America. Contains sulphites. Contains sulphites.
