Description:

The Chicken Hot marinade is done to be brushed on top of chicken before cooking, either on the grill or in the oven. Just use a brush or use your hands. Can be diluted too.

It happens that this marinade can be used as a simmer sauce or as a cold sauce too.

Ingredients:

Hot chili peppers, garlic, salt, fruit vinegar, lemon, onion, olive oil, herbs&spices. We use a blend of chillies coming from Portugal and Central America. Contains sulphites.
