Description:

Chicken Peri-peri Basting Sauce is a special preparation to add on chicken during cooking on the grill.

Add 2 vol. of water to 1 vol. of baste and coat the chicken with a brush as often as possible to keep it fresh and juicy.

It can be used as a table sauce too, but on a very warm chicken.

Hot chili peppers, fruit vinegar, salt, lemon, garlic, sugar, onion, spices. We use a blend of different chillies coming from Portugal and Central America. Contains sulphites.
