Pure garlic purée preserved in citric acid

Ingredients:

Garlic, citric acid, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium sorbate.

Add on the meat or as a cooking ingredient in substitution of the fresh garlic. No more need to peel or to crash. Better distribution on the surface and easy melting. Very strong garlic taste. No salt. Very clear.
