Description:

This is a very traditional recipe from Mexico, a pasty hot sauce based on Cayenne chillies and many more ingredients.

Chillies are coming only from Mexico; other ingredients are home-prepared in Portugal.

The sauce should be laid on the edge of the plate to dip in.

It can be used as a traditional hot sauce too.

Ingredients:

Bell peppers, sugar, fruit vinegar, hot chili peppers, salt, onion, lemon, garlic, garlic, vegetable oil, herbs & spices. Contains sulphites.
