Description:

Chicken Piri-piri is a special meal of Portugal, a way to marinate and baste chicken for grill.

Chicken Peri peri sauce is a full recipe   to be basted on the chicken when still very warm, or on the grill.

Ingredients:

Hot chili peppers, fruit vinegar, salt, lemon, garlic, sugar, onion, spices. We use a blend of different chillies coming from Portugal and Central America. Contains sulphites.
