Description:

It is a pure lemon paste preserved in salt and fruit vinegar. It can be used as an ingredient for the sauces, to substitute fresh lemon, or diluted with water to baste chicken during cooking.

Add 2 vol. of water to 1 vol. of baste and baste as often as possible the chicken during cooking on the grill to keep it fresh and juicy.

Lemon, fruit vinegar and salt. Contains sulphites.
