Pork & Lamb Marinade

Beware: Taste before adding more salt to the recipe.

It is a typical marinade from Portugal, to be spread on pork ribs before going to the grill. It can be used on lamb too.

Add 2 vol. of water to 1 vol. of marinade, dip the meat and let marinate for a few hours in the fridge before cooking.

After use, close the jar again and store in the fridge.

Bell peppers, garlic, white wine, salt, onion, spices and herbs. Contains sulphites.
